shocked peoplepeople from 8 partner municipalities have access to drinking water
The global water crisis forces us to look for the best alternatives to sustainably take advantage of the available water resources, which is why we have embarked on a challenging path with families, communities and Municipal Governments with whom, based on an inter-institutional agreement, we have been carrying out:
- Municipal Inventory of Water Systems
- Municipal Basic Sanitation Plan
- Institutionalization of a Municipal Basic Sanitation Directorate
- Prioritization of drinking water projects
- Implementation of water systems projects with co-investment criteria and capacity strengthening
Our work in each Municipal Government follows a path, which implies achieving the goals of Total Coverage • Forever, continuing in a phase of monitoring and accompaniment in the process of maintaining the goals achieved.
